Ember Oak Flavors started at a kitchen table, not a competition pit. Founder Niyanta wasn't a chef โ she was a working parent who wanted dinner to taste good without turning cooking into a project.
She started mixing her own spice blends because she was tired of labels full of things she couldn't identify. One blend for roasted vegetables. One for chicken. One for the weekend eggs. Simple by design.
Friends asked for jars. Then their friends did. That's how this started โ not with ambition, but with the belief that good food is for everyone, not just people with time, money, or training.
